Residential permitting · Vancouver founding beta
Find permit deficiencies before the City does.
Permitily helps architects, designers and builders identify missing information, inconsistencies and potential permit deficiencies before submission.
AI-native technology. Human-reviewed findings. A clearer way forward.
Invitation-only. Project scope and beta capacity are confirmed individually.

The expensive part
is finding out late.
A well-prepared team can still miss a requirement, an inconsistency or a supporting document.
Finding it during municipal review means more revisions, coordination and waiting. Late corrections can tie up design hours, disrupt schedules and delay payment milestones.
- Prepare the package
- Submit to the City
- Discover a gap
- Revise and review again.
What if the preventable gaps came to light before submission?
160 days.
Vancouver’s reported 2025 single-detached home permit processing time.
When permitting can take months, why let preventable gaps enter the review process?
City of Vancouver · June 2026
Overall processing time, not the wait for a deficiency report.
A better starting point
Less “what did we miss?”
More “here’s what to do next.”
Scattered checks.
Unanswered questions.
Late surprises.
Evidence-linked findings.
Clear corrections.
Explicit uncertainty.
The cost isn’t only what you’ve spent. It’s what you could be working on next.
A coordinated pre-submission review helps your team focus its effort before another review cycle consumes valuable capacity.
The readiness checklist & report
Not another checklist.
A correction list.
What needs attention. Where the evidence is. What to do about it.
Receive an actionable readiness checklist and report: potential issues, missing documents and clear next steps, with supporting references. Questions needing professional or municipal judgment stay explicit.
