This website introduces Permitily and collects interest in a private beta. Beta reviews are invitation-only and subject to supported scope and available capacity. The website does not provide a permit decision or professional advice.

Beta interest is not service acceptance

A request does not create an account, grant access, reserve capacity or promise an invitation, approval or launch date. Any future review requires separately confirmed availability, scope and service terms.

Review boundaries

Permitily does not issue permits, certify compliance, guarantee acceptance or replace qualified professional judgment or municipal discretion. No processing-time reduction, savings or first-pass outcome is promised.

References to Vancouver R1-1 describe an initial validation focus. They do not mean all housing forms or all requirements in that district are supported.

Illustrations and municipal information

The architectural concept is illustrative and depicts no client project. Review-sheet examples and page references are fictional illustrations, not live results or evidence of accuracy.

Permitily is independent of municipal government. External municipal links are provided for reference; consult the responsible municipality and appropriate professionals for requirements affecting a real application.
