Public website / Privacy
Your enquiry
stays private.
This notice covers the public website and beta-request form. It does not describe a contract for processing project documents.
What the request form collects
The form asks for your name, practice/company or role, work email, municipality and a short description of what you need. You can also specify a project type and whether you are interested in Vancouver or future coverage.
Do not submit drawings, addresses, client identities, identification documents or other confidential or sensitive information. The form does not need them.
Why we collect it
Permitily stores your request to understand interest and respond to your enquiry. Submitting it does not subscribe you to a marketing list, create an account or authorize document processing.
Request details are not published in the website, marketing examples or public metadata. Access to the administration interface is restricted by server-side authorization.
Authentication and service providers
Existing-user sign-in uses Clerk. Application hosting and database services support the website and request storage. These services may process technical information necessary to operate their features; this notice does not promise a particular data location or retention period.
Do not send project documents until an appropriate service scope and document-handling terms have been confirmed.
Privacy questions and access requests
Use the request form to ask about access, correction, retention or other privacy concerns. State the nature of your request and provide only the minimum information needed for a response. Do not attach identity documents or include confidential material.
Accessibility
If a page or form is difficult to use, describe the issue through the request form. Include the page and the type of difficulty; avoid sensitive personal details.
